Type : Vertical, Water cooled, Air cooled, Compression ignition, Four stroke cycle, Cold start, constant speed diesel engines.

Starting : Cold starting by manual cranking. A detachable pawl type starting handle is supplied.

Fuel System : Fuel is supplied to the fuel pump by gravity feed from fuel tank through felt/fabric/paper element filter. A button filter is also provided at the inlet of Automizer.
